CLN 源自於企業英語培訓，辦公室並沒有服務櫃檯和銷售人員，僅有教務主管和課務團隊。 CLN 團隊將提高效率和節省成本的價值，以高於業界平均的待遇，聘請了最優秀的顧問。
經過多年的發展，CLN 建立了獨特的一對一外語家教服務和教學系統，並將高標準的企業培訓流程應用到一對一客製化的教學服務中，包含華語、日語、韓語等家教服務。過程包括了量化的成效評估（前後測）、嚴謹的學習目標對焦、真人英語評測和分析報告、一對一外語課程體驗、全客製化的課程大綱設計以及每堂課的課後學習日誌等。
一對一外語課程可以透過線上授課或前往 CLN 學院獨立的空間進行學習。課務團隊將依據學員的學習目標安排最適合的授課老師。同時，CLN 首席顧問和教務團隊嚴格把關每門課程的設計和教學方式，以確保學員的學習效益。
