第一則：伊朗無差別轟炸中東！阿聯遇襲最慘考慮反擊
美國與以色列空襲伊朗首都德黑蘭後，引發伊朗對中東多國展開無差別攻擊。其中阿拉伯聯合大公國受到的襲擊最嚴重，程度甚至超過以色列。
阿聯國防部統計，伊朗已向阿聯發射 186 枚彈道飛彈與 812 架無人機，造成 3 人死亡、約 70 人受傷。目前阿聯正重新評估防禦態勢，未來不排除對伊朗採取軍事回應。
Iran's Indiscriminate Attacks Across Middle East! UAE Suffers Most and Considers Retaliation
After the United States and Israel launched airstrikes on Tehran, the Iranian capital, it triggered Iran to carry out indiscriminate attacks across multiple Middle Eastern countries. Among them, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) suffered the most severe attacks, even exceeding the level of those on Israel.
According to the statistics from the UAE Ministry of Defense, Iran has fired 186 ballistic missiles and 812 drones at the UAE, causing 3 deaths and approximately 70 injuries. Currently, the UAE is re-evaluating its defense stance, and it does not rule out taking military responses against Iran in the future.

Court Rejects Trump’s Request to Delay Refunds! Countdown to Billions in Tariff Payouts Begins
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ruled to reject the Trump administration’s request to delay tariff refunds and ordered the immediate restart of legal proceedings. The case will be sent back to the Court of International Trade for review, involving a massive amount of 130 billion U.S. dollars in tariff refunds.
The case stems from a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court last month, which stated that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act does not authorize the president to impose tariffs unilaterally. After the legal basis for the tariffs was overturned, many companies filed about 2,000 lawsuits. Observers expect the refund process could take several years, and the future procedures and their impact remain a major focus of attention.

賴清德出席海基會活動時，多次以「大陸」稱呼中國大陸，表示期盼兩岸關係能朝和平共榮方向發展，國台辦發言人張晗首度回應，稱此舉順應大勢與民心，重申兩岸同屬一家人。
她也表示，只要民進黨認同九二共識、停止台獨分裂活動，兩岸對話協商即可恢復。同時批評民進黨政府在兩岸交流與人員往來問題上採取雙重標準，指出相關作法將政治考量凌駕於民眾安全之上。
Lai Calls China “Mainland,” Taiwan Affairs Office Responds
During an event hosted by the Straits Exchange Foundation, President Lai Ching-te repeatedly referred to China as “Mainland” and said he hopes cross-strait relations can move toward peaceful coexistence and shared prosperity. In response, Zhang Han, spokesperson for Taiwan Affairs Office, said the wording follows the broader trend and public sentiment, and reiterated that people on both sides of the strait are one family.
She said cross-strait dialogue and negotiations could resume if the DPP recognizes the “1992 Consensus” and stops Taiwan independence activities. She also criticized the DPP government for double standards in cross-strait exchanges, saying political considerations are being placed above public safety.
第四則：六角國際砸 3.6 億 併購德國珍奶品牌
日出茶太母公司六角國際宣布，以 1,000 萬歐元，約新台幣 3.6 億元，取得德國珍奶連鎖品牌 BoBoQ 百分之百股權。六角國際表示，此次併購看準歐洲珍奶原料供應鏈布局，強化海外市場基礎。
儘管近年餐飲景氣承受壓力，六角國際仍透過併購加速成長，繼收購翰林茶館後，再度出手，展現長期國際化與供應鏈整合策略。
La Kaffa International Spends NT$360 Million to Acquire a German Bubble Tea Brand
La Kaffa International, the parent company of Chatime, announced that it will acquire 100 percent of the German bubble tea chain BoBoQ for 10 million euros, or about NT$360 million. La Kaffa International said the acquisition targets the layout of the bubble tea ingredient supply chain in Europe and aims to strengthen the company’s foundation in overseas markets.
Despite pressure on the food and beverage industry in recent years, La Kaffa International continues to accelerate growth through acquisitions. Following its acquisition of Hanlin International Enterprise, the company has made another move, highlighting its long-term strategy of international expansion and supply chain integration.
