第一則：美伊和談露曙光？川普稱伊朗承諾永不擁核武
美國總統川普表示美國與伊朗最快將於 3 月 26 日舉行高級別會談。川普聲稱伊朗已經同意永遠不擁有核武，並針對荷莫茲海峽的石油運輸給予美國一份「大禮」。
同時，美國政府已透過巴基斯坦轉交一份包含 15 點要求的停火計畫，內容要求伊朗必須廢除核計畫並停止支持代理人組織。目前巴基斯坦總理謝里夫表示，巴基斯坦政府願意主辦這場具有決定性的美伊會談。
Is the US-Iran Peace Deal Near? Trump Claims Iran Promises No Nukes
U.S. President Trump stated the U.S. and Iran will hold high-level talks as early as March 26. Trump claimed that Iran has already agreed to never possess nuclear weapons and gave the U.S. a “great gift” regarding oil transport in the Strait of Hormuz.
Meanwhile, the U.S. government has delivered a 15-point ceasefire plan through Pakistan, which requires Iran to scrap its nuclear program and stop supporting proxy groups. Currently, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the Pakistani government is willing to host this decisive meeting between the U.S. and Iran.
第二則：油價飆漲兩倍！菲律賓宣布國家能源緊急狀態
菲律賓總統小馬可仕宣布菲律賓全國進入為期一年的「國家能源緊急狀態」。由於中東衝突導致石油價格飆漲超過兩倍，菲律賓政府已成立委員會，負責直接採購並監督燃料與民生必需品的分配。
目前高昂的油價已嚴重衝擊民眾的生活，許多吉普尼司機的收入扣除油資後所剩無幾。此外，燃油短缺也威脅到航空運輸，宿霧太平洋航空預計從 4 月開始縮減國際航班，以因應這場能源危機。
Oil Prices Double! Philippines Declares National Energy Emergency
Philippine President Marcos Jr. announced that the Philippines has entered a one-year “national energy emergency.” Since Middle East conflicts caused oil prices to more than double, the Philippine government has set up a committee to directly purchase and oversee the distribution of fuel and daily necessities.
Currently, high oil prices have seriously impacted people’s lives, leaving many jeepney drivers with very little income after paying for fuel. Furthermore, fuel shortages also threaten air travel, and Cebu Pacific Air expects to cut international flights starting in April to deal with this energy crisis.

台化公司表示，由於中東局勢導致原料減少，塑膠原料可能在 5 月面臨斷貨。經濟部長龔明鑫對此回應，政府目前正說服廠商優先供應國內市場，並要求上游企業穩定價格，以減輕民生物價的壓力。

Middle East War Causes Plastic Shortage! Daily Goods May Face Price Hikes
Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corporation stated that due to the situation in the Middle East, plastic raw materials may face shortages in May. In response, Minister of Economic Affairs Kung Ming-hsin said the government is persuading suppliers to prioritize the domestic market and asking upstream companies to stabilize prices to reduce the pressure on the cost of living.
Currently, the price of plastic raw materials has risen sharply, directly affecting the costs of water pipes, building materials, and auto parts. Hardware retailers observed that many people have started panic buying because they worry about price hikes; if raw material prices stay high, the prices of future daily goods will surely rise one after another.

在去年的行銷科技高峰會上，X 台灣廣告總代理指出，X 在台灣擁有 460 萬月活躍用戶，這群用戶對產品與價格敏感，卻更願意為好商品掏錢。

At last year’s Martech Conference, X’s Taiwan advertising agency said that X has 4.6 million monthly active users in Taiwan, and this group of users is sensitive to products and prices but is more willing to spend money on good products.
X can help marketers solve the challenges of “attention” and “timing” by using trend monitoring and precise audience targeting to improve advertising performance. However, since the user base is still relatively niche, brands need to make good use of the platform’s features in order to achieve the best results.

Experts suggest using what they call “tactful honesty” to present the truth in a more suitable way and adjust the wording for different people. As long as the intention is genuine and the principles remain the same, polite wording can help reduce misunderstandings, move work forward, and protect oneself.
