第一則:無視制裁轟炸烏克蘭!俄軍發動千架無人機空襲

俄軍對基輔等城市發動開戰以來最大規模空襲,兩天內發射逾 1,500 架無人機與大量飛彈,造成至少數十名平民死亡。聯合國人道事務協調廳車輛在赫爾松執行任務時,也兩度遭俄軍無人機鎖定攻擊。

澤倫斯基譴責俄方無意停戰,指出部分飛彈於今年製造,顯示俄國持續規避制裁取得武器零件。烏國外交部長呼籲美國與中國施壓停火,聯合國也要求停止攻擊平民與救援組織。

Russia Defies Sanctions and Bombs Ukraine! More Than 1,000 Drones Used in Major Attack

Russia launched its largest air attack since the war began, targeting Kyiv and other cities. Over two days, Russian forces launched more than 1,500 drones and large numbers of missiles, killing at least dozens of civilians. A United Nations humanitarian convoy in Kherson was also targeted twice by Russian drones during a relief mission.

Tensions in the Strait of Hormuz have worsened after Iran seized a commercial ship off the coast of the United Arab Emirates, while an Indian cargo ship was attacked and sunk. As the conflict between the United States and Iran has intensified, Iran has sharply limited traffic through the strait, continuing to disrupt global energy supplies and shipping.

Trump and Xi Jinping both called for the strait to stay open and opposed its militarization, as well as Iran having nuclear weapons. Analysts said the United States hopes China can help push for a ceasefire, but Beijing may have little real influence over Iran.

工研院產科國際所預估,今年台灣半導體總產值將突破 8 兆 4,450 億元,年增率達 29.5%。今年首季與去年同期相比,大增 29.4%,顯示台灣半導體產業開局強勁。

IC 製造業成為帶動產業成長的核心動能,其中晶圓代工與記憶體表現尤其突出。晶圓代工大增 30.5%,記憶體產值年增 111.9%,成為成長最快領域,而 IC 設計、封裝與測試業同步維持穩定成長。

Taiwan’s Chip Industry Heads for Record NT$8.4 Trillion! First-Quarter Growth Reaches 29%

IEK expects Taiwan’s semiconductor output to exceed NT$8.445 trillion this year, with annual growth of 29.5%. In the first quarter, output rose 29.4% from a year earlier, showing a strong start for Taiwan’s semiconductor industry.

IC manufacturing was the main driver of growth, led by strong gains in wafer foundry and memory. Wafer foundry grew 30.5%, while memory output jumped 111.9%, making it the fastest-growing sector. IC design, packaging, and testing also maintained steady growth.
