第一則:F-16V花蓮墜海事故 軍方全力搜尋上尉飛官

空軍一架編號6700的F-16V戰機於1月6日晚間在花蓮外海執行訓練時墜海,上尉飛官跳傘後失聯。海巡署在晚間立即出動3艦6艇,並施放測流浮標,研判漂流方向。

國家搜救指揮中心同步派出海鷗直升機加入搜尋。現場海象受到大陸冷氣團影響,風浪強勁,使搜救行動更為艱難。總統賴清德表示,他已指示各單位把握每一秒,全力尋回上尉並祈願他平安。

F-16V Crash off Hualien Coast, Military Continues Search for Missing Pilot

An F-16V fighter jet with tail number 6700 crashed off the coast of Hualien on the night of January 6 while carrying out a training mission, and the captain-rank pilot went missing after ejecting. The Coast Guard Administration immediately deployed three ships and six patrol boats that evening, and it also released drifting buoys to estimate the possible direction of drift.

The National Rescue Command Center also dispatched a Search and Rescue Helicopter to join the search. The sea conditions were affected by a strong cold air mass, and the heavy winds and high waves made the rescue operation even more difficult. Venezuela’s Vice President Rodriguez was officially sworn in as the acting president. She took office under the supervision of the president of the National Assembly, and she was sworn in together with 283 newly elected legislators.

The Venezuelan government also announced an emergency order that took effect on January 3, and it asked the police to carry out large-scale searches and arrests across the country. The government targeted all people who support or promote United States armed attacks.

立法院三讀通過「外送員權益保障及外送平台管理法」。新法要求平台將每單外送的報酬換算時薪後,不得低於最低工資時薪的1.25倍,且不得低於45元。平台須定期發放報酬、提供明細,並建立申訴制度。

天災停班時,平台必須停業並通知外送員。違反薪資或職災通報規定者將面臨罰鍰。業者與工會團體則關注新法可能帶來的營運成本,與外送費調整的壓力。

Delivery Worker Protection Law Passed Minimum Pay Set at NT$45 Per Order

The Legislative Yuan passed the “Delivery Worker Rights Protection and Delivery Platform Management Act” in its third reading. The new law requires platforms to convert each delivery’s pay into an hourly rate, and the rate must not be lower than 1.25 times the minimum hourly wage, and it must not be lower than NT$45 per order. Platforms must issue payment regularly, provide pay statements, and set up a complaint system.

When the government announces work suspension due to natural disasters, platforms must stop operating and notify delivery workers. Those who violate pay rules or fail to report workplace accidents will face fines. Industry groups and labor unions are concerned about higher operating costs and possible increases in delivery fees under the new law.
