The results of Japan’s lower house election were announced on February 9. The Liberal Democratic Party, led by Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, secured 316 seats, setting a postwar record and clearing the threshold for constitutional revision. 意外適逢起降尖峰，造成多架飛機盤旋等待，引發連鎖效應，長榮與香港航空共三架班機，因燃油吃緊於十分鐘內接連發出「Mayday」求救訊號，所幸在航管人員緊急調度下，受影響航班皆平安降落，跑道亦於傍晚恢復正常運作。

A T’way Airlines flight from Jeju to Taoyuan lost a tire while landing at Taoyuan Airport on February 8, forcing the north runway to be temporarily closed for debris removal.
The incident happened during peak takeoff and landing hours, forcing several aircraft to circle while waiting to land and causing a chain reaction. Three flights operated by EVA Air and Hong Kong Airlines issued Mayday distress calls within ten minutes due to low fuel. With emergency coordination by air traffic controllers, all affected flights landed safely, and runway operations returned to normal by the evening.

律師提醒，企業想與高階經理人和平分手，關鍵在於先釐清雙方是僱傭關係還是委任關係。若屬僱傭，解僱需符合《勞基法》並完成績效輔導流程；若屬委任，則可依《民法》第549條終止契約。
專家指出，法院不看職稱而看從屬性，包括工時與決策是否受控。企業若要採委任制度，需同步給予更高的工時與決策自由度。

Lawyers warn that if companies want to part ways peacefully with senior executives, the key is first to clarify whether the relationship is employment or a mandate. If the relationship is employment, dismissal must comply with Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act and complete the required performance improvement process. If the relationship is a mandate, the contract may be terminated under Article 549 of the Civil Code.
Experts note that courts do not focus on job titles but on subordination, including whether working hours and decision-making are controlled. If companies choose a mandate system, they must also grant greater freedom over working hours and decision-making authority.
