第一則：新北校園霸凌事件 10 名學生移送少年法庭
新北市一名國中女學生疑在校外遭同校學姐與多人霸凌。影片中，被害學生被要求跪地並遭呼巴掌，甚至有人持球棒敲擊頭部。新北市教育局表示，學校已陪同學生與家長報案，並啟動校園霸凌處理程序。
警方表示，已通知 10 名涉案少年到案說明，並依少年事件處理法、傷害與恐嚇等罪嫌移送新北地方法院少年法庭審理。警方也呼籲民眾不要轉傳相關影片，以免造成被害人二次傷害。
New Taipei School Bullying Case, 10 Students Sent to Juvenile Court
A junior high school girl in New Taipei City was suspected of being bullied outside school by an older female student and several others from the same school. In the video, the victim was forced to kneel and was slapped, and one person even hit her head with a baseball bat. The New Taipei City Education Department said the school has accompanied the student and her parents to report the case and has started the campus bullying investigation process.
Police said they have notified 10 teenagers involved in the case to come in for questioning. The case has been transferred to the Juvenile Division of New Taipei District Court under charges including offenses under the Juvenile Delinquency Act, assault, and intimidation. Police also reminded the public not to share the related video to avoid causing secondary harm to the victim.

Trump Delays Attack on Iran, Oil Prices Drop and Stocks Rise
U.S. President Donald Trump said on March 23 that he has instructed the U.S. military to delay the planned attacks on Iran’s power plants and energy infrastructure for five days. After the announcement, the global energy market reacted quickly. Brent Crude Oil futures fell more than 14 percent to about 96 dollars per barrel, and oil and natural gas prices also moved lower.
Market sentiment turned more optimistic, and U.S. stock futures rose sharply. Dow Jones futures and S&P 500 futures both gained more than 2 percent. Trump said the United States and Iran have recently held constructive talks about the conflict in the Middle East.

Grab Plans to Acquire foodpanda Taiwan, Chinese Capital and Regulations May Affect Deal
Food delivery platform Grab plans to acquire foodpanda’s Taiwan business for 600 million U.S. dollars, but the deal still faces several uncertainties. Market analysts said that if the acquisition is completed, Grab will directly compete with Uber and Uber Eats.
Taiwan is also promoting the Food Delivery Platform Management Act, which will introduce stricter rules on delivery worker protection and platform operations. At the same time, because some of Grab’s early investors included Chinese companies, the Department of Investment Review may review the source of funds and data security, which could affect the timeline of the acquisition.
