第一則:美國對伊朗協議表樂觀 黎巴嫩局勢成變數

美國總統川普表示,美國對與伊朗達成和平協議「非常樂觀」。美國副總統范斯於 4 月 11 日在巴基斯坦與伊朗代表舉行會談。川普也警告,如果伊朗不達成協議,未來情勢將會非常痛苦。

以色列日前對黎巴嫩發動大規模空襲,造成多人死傷。以色列總理尼坦雅胡與川普通話後表示,以色列將對黎巴嫩行動稍作收斂,目前黎巴嫩問題也成為美伊停火談判的重要變數。

U.S. Optimistic About Iran Deal, Lebanon Situation Becomes Key Factor

U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States is “very optimistic” about reaching a peace agreement with Iran. U.S. Vice President Vance held talks with representatives from Pakistan and Iran on April 11. Trump also warned that if Iran does not reach an agreement, the future situation will become very painful.

Israel recently launched large-scale airstrikes on Lebanon, causing many deaths and injuries. 台灣與印度在 2024 年簽署勞務合作備忘錄,計畫引進印度移工補足產業缺工。勞動部長於 4 月 9 日在立法院表示,台灣今年有可能引進首批印度移工。

勞動部指出,首批預計引進約 1,000 人,其中 5% 採直聘制度,初期將以傳統製造業為優先產業。目前已有 300 多名印度青年表達來台工作意願,相關制度與行政流程仍在協商規劃中。

India Migrant Workers May Come to Taiwan, First Group Around 1,000

Taiwan and India signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Labor Cooperation in 2024 to introduce Indian migrant workers and help fill labor shortages in industries. The Minister of Labor said at the Legislative Yuan on April 9 that Taiwan may introduce the first group of Indian migrant workers this year.

The Ministry of Labor said the first group is expected to include about 1,000 workers, and 5 percent of them will be hired through direct recruitment. Traditional manufacturing will be the priority industry in the early stage. More than 300 young people in India have already expressed interest in working in Taiwan, and related systems and administrative procedures are still under discussion and planning.

白沙屯拱天宮媽祖徒步進香活動於 4 月 12 日晚間 11 點 55 分起駕,展開 8 天 7 夜進香行程。廟方表示,今年報名追隨「粉紅超跑」的香燈腳人數達 46 萬 3,588 人,再度刷新紀錄。

白沙屯媽祖鑾轎行進路線不固定,來回路程約 300 至 400 公里。信眾需長時間徒步跟隨,也應做好裝備與體力準備,以確保進香過程順利完成。

Baishatun Mazu Pilgrimage Draws Record 460,000 Participants

The Baishatun Gongtian Temple Mazu pilgrimage set off at 11:55 p.m. on April 12 and began an eight-day, seven-night pilgrimage journey. The temple said that 463,588 people have registered to follow the “Pink Supercar,” setting a new record.

The route of the Baishatun Mazu palanquin is not fixed, and the round-trip distance is about 300 to 400 kilometers. Followers need to walk for a long time during the pilgrimage and prepare proper equipment and physical strength to complete the journey smoothly.
