第一則：福壽延遲通報挨罰 900 萬元！台中市衛生局擴大追查汙染源
台中市政府表示，福壽旗下 2 款使用中聯大豆沙拉油的產品，也被驗出致癌物超標。福壽雖於 7 月 6 日取得自主送驗結果，卻直到 7 月 12 日晚間才通報，因違反食安法即時通報規定，加上先前延遲通報案件，累計已遭裁罰 900 萬元。
新增的 2 批超標油品已納入中央預防性下架範圍，市府要求業者立即停止販售、完成下架回收，並提供下游流向資料供追查。目前中聯超標油品已擴大至 5 批，衛生局將持續追查污染源及清查產品流向，防堵食安漏洞。
Fwusow Fined NT$9 Million for Late Reporting! Taichung City Health Bureau Expands Search for the Contamination Source
The Taichung City Government said two Fwusow products made with Chung Lien soybean salad oil were also found to contain excessive levels of a cancer-causing substance. Fwusow received the test results on July 6 but did not report them until the evening of July 12. The company has now been fined a total of NT$9 million for this delayed report and an earlier reporting violation.
The two newly identified batches have been added to the nationwide recall. Authorities ordered businesses to stop selling the products, remove them from stores, and provide distribution records. Five batches of Chung Lien oil have now failed safety tests, and the Taichung City Health Bureau will continue tracing the source of contamination and checking where the products were distributed.
