第一則：小紅書遭台灣封鎖一年 300萬用戶受影響
台灣政府宣布封鎖在台擁有超過300萬用戶的中國社群平台小紅書一年。內政部指出，小紅書在資安檢測中的15項指標全部不合格，並在近兩年涉及1,706件詐騙案，造成2.47億元財損。
小紅書母公司超過50天未回應官方要求，因此政府依《詐欺犯罪危害防制條例》下令停止解析與限制接取。所有使用台灣IP的用戶將無法正常連線，平台是否解封將取決於業者是否願意配合法規。
RedNote Blocked in Taiwan for One Year, 3 Million Users Affected
The Taiwanese government announced a one-year block on the Chinese social media platform RedNote, which has more than three million users in Taiwan. The Ministry of the Interior said that the app failed all fifteen indicators in a cybersecurity check and was involved in 1,706 fraud cases in the past two years, causing a loss of NT$247 million.
The parent company of RedNote did not reply to official requests for more than fifty days, so the government ordered a stop to domain resolution and access under the Fraud Crime Hazard Prevention Act. All users with Taiwan IP addresses will not be able to connect normally, and whether the platform will be unblocked depends on the company’s willingness to follow local regulations.

高雄市衛生局承認先前檢出全聯「台灣鯛魚排」含動物用藥的結果是人為錯誤，並向業者與消費者道歉。衛生局調查發現，檢驗參數遭放大10倍，正確結果應為「未檢出」，相關人員已移送檢調。
台灣鯛協會表示，錯誤檢驗已重創產業信心，外銷與團膳訂單因此停擺。業者呼籲政府加強澄清與促銷，協助恢復消費者信任，減輕漁民損失。
Tilapia Test Mix-Up Shocks Taiwan, Kaohsiung Health Bureau Apologizes
The Kaohsiung City Department of Health admitted that its earlier test result showing animal drugs in PX Mart’s “Taiwan tilapia fillet” was a human error, and it apologized to the company and to consumers. The bureau’s investigation found that the testing parameter was enlarged ten times, and the correct result should have been “not detected,” and the staff involved has been sent to prosecutors.
The Taiwan Tilapia Alliance said that the incorrect test result has seriously damaged confidence in the industry, and export and meal-service orders have stopped because of it. The industry urged the government to strengthen clarification and promotion to help restore consumer trust and reduce losses for fish farmers.
第三則：高市早苗重申日本對台立場不變 媒體標題遭指誤導
日本首相高市早苗在參議院答詢時表示，日本對1972年《日中聯合聲明》中關於台灣的描述「沒有改變」，並重申日本對中國主張採「理解並尊重」立場。
台灣事實查核中心指出，部分媒體以「高市承認台灣屬中」為標題，造成誤解，因為日本並未承認中國主張。查核中心表示，高市的說法與過去政府立場一致，並提醒媒體在呈現敏感議題時，應避免斷章取義。
Sanae Takaichi Reaffirms Japan’s Unchanged Position on Taiwan, Media Headlines Called Misleading
Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said during a Diet session that Japan’s view on the part of the 1972 Japan-China Joint Communique related to Taiwan “has not changed,” and she repeated that Japan takes a position of “understanding and respecting” China’s claim.
The Taiwan FactCheck Center said that some media used headlines claiming that “Takaichi admits Taiwan is part of China,” which created misunderstanding because Japan has not recognized China’s claim. The center said that Takaichi’s statement is consistent with past government policy and reminded the media to avoid taking sensitive issues out of context.
