第一則：6 大社福津貼調升 23.5％ 89 萬人受益
行政院於 3 月 13 日通過六大社福津貼調增方案，包括低收入戶生活補助、身障生活補助及中低收入老人津貼等項目。政府宣布各項補助金額將平均調升 23.5%，預計約有 89 萬人受惠。
衛福部表示，新制將於今年 7 月正式上路，其中低收入戶家庭生活補助每月最高可領 2 萬 5,168 元。政府也將改為每兩年檢討一次物價指數，若消費者物價指數成長達 3%，就會調整補助金額，以提升弱勢族群生活保障。
Six Social Welfare Benefits Rise 23.5%, 890,000 People to Benefit
The Executive Yuan approved a plan to increase six major social welfare subsidies, including living allowances for low-income households, disability living subsidies, and living allowances for middle-low income elderly on March 13. The government announced that all subsidy amounts will increase by an average of 23.5 percent, and about 890,000 people are expected to benefit.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare said the new policy will officially take effect in July this year. Under the new plan, the living allowance for low-income households can reach up to 25,168 NT dollars per month. The government will also review the consumer price index every two years. If the CPI grows by three percent, the subsidy amount will be adjusted to strengthen financial support for disadvantaged groups.

Iran Proposes Three Ceasefire Conditions, Demands Compensation from the United States and Israel
U.S. President Donald Trump said at a campaign rally in Kentucky that the U.S. military achieved victory in the first hour of its military action against Iran. He also said that U.S. forces destroyed several Iranian minelayer and military aircraft.
On the same day, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian proposed three ceasefire conditions for the first time. These conditions include asking the United States to recognize Iran’s legitimate rights, demanding war compensation, and asking the international community to provide security guarantees. At present, tensions in the Middle East remain high. Iran has continued launching drone attacks on some areas, and the United Nations Security Council has passed a resolution condemning the related actions.

捷克警方在布拉格逮捕一名中國官媒《光明日報》記者，並指控他為中國國家安全部蒐集情報。捷克安全情報局指出，該記者長期以記者身分作掩護，蒐集多名友台捷克政要的不利資料。

Chinese Journalist Spy Case in Czech Republic to Go to Court
Czech police arrested a reporter from the Chinese state-run newspaper Guangming Daily in Prague and accused him of collecting intelligence for China’s Ministry of State Security. The Czech Security Information Service said the reporter used his journalist identity as cover and gathered unfavorable information about several Czech politicians who support Taiwan.
Czech prosecutors said the case is now moving forward in the judicial process and is expected to be sent to court within three to four months. Under Czech law, working for a foreign power without authorization in intelligence activities can lead to a prison sentence of up to five years. The case may also affect whether a Czech student serving a sentence in China can return home in the future.

大全聯在去年 12 月 10 日於桃園青埔展開首間次世代量販店試營運，並於 12 月 16 日正式開幕。這是全聯睽違十五年再度開設量販新店，主打介於傳統量販店與社區型商場之間的新零售模式。
全聯表示，青埔店將作為電子價卡、模組化專區與美食外櫃招商的實驗場，瞄準年輕家庭與新興社區需求，為量販通路轉型鋪路。
MEGA PX MART Opens Qingpu Store to Test Next-Generation Hypermarket Model
MEGA PX MART began trial operations of its first next-generation hypermarket in Qingpu, Taoyuan, on December 10 last year, and officially opened the store on December 16. This marks PX Mart’s first new hypermarket opening in fifteen years and features a new retail model positioned between traditional hypermarkets and community shopping centers.
