第一則：川普揚言「延後川習會」 施壓北京疏通荷莫茲海峽
美國總統川普於 3 月 16 日警告中國與北約協助解除伊朗對荷莫茲海峽的封鎖，並強調中國有九成石油經過該海峽，因此北京當局有責任採取行動。
川普受訪時也表示可能延後原定 3 月底舉行的「川習會」。同時警告北約若不參與護航，未來美方的安全承諾將面臨重新評估，讓美中與全球能源局勢面臨嚴峻挑戰。
Trump Threatens to Delay Xi Meeting, Pressures Beijing to Reopen Hormuz
U.S. President Donald Trump warned China and North Organization Atlantic Treaty on March 16 to help end Iran’s blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Trump stressed that about 90 percent of China’s oil passes through the strait, so Beijing has the responsibility to take action.
Trump also said in an interview that he may delay the planned Trump–Xi meeting originally scheduled for the end of March. He also warned that if NATO does not take part in protecting the shipping routes, the United States may reconsider its future security commitments. The situation could bring new challenges to U.S.–China relations and the global energy market.

According to The New York Times, the U.S. military has sent about 2,500 troops from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in Okinawa to the Middle East in response to the Iran conflict. Their mission includes seizing island positions and clearing mines near the Strait of Hormuz.
This redeployment has affected the Indo-Pacific defense posture. Retired defense officials say another expeditionary unit is supporting operations in Venezuela, and air defense systems were earlier moved from South Korea to the Middle East. Three young developers created the app “Are You Dead?” at very low cost in less than a month. It recently went viral in China and topped Apple’s paid app charts, with its value estimated at 10 million RMB. After purchase, users must check in daily. If they miss several check ins in a row, the system sends an email to a preset emergency contact to check on their situation.
For people living alone, the biggest concern is not death itself but the possibility that no one would notice if an accident happened. The app also offers a simple way for families living far apart to check on each other every day. The team says it will continue improving the app’s features to make notifications more efficient.
