第一則：台股暴跌券商大當機 金管會緊盯五家業者
台股於 6 月 8 日重挫之際，多家券商同步出現登入困難、下單延遲與報價異常等問題。金管會表示，當天共有 5 家證券商通報系統異常，主因是短時間大量投資人湧入，導致系統負載過高。
金管會指出，相關券商與資訊廠商已完成流量分流並恢復正常運作，後續將強化流量監控與系統資源配置。金管會也將持續督導券商提升資訊安全與系統穩定性，以保障投資人交易權益。
Brokerage Systems Hit by Outages During Taiwan Stock Market Plunged
Several brokerage firms experienced login difficulties, delayed order execution, and pricing disruptions as Taiwan’s stock market plunged on June 8. Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission said that five securities firms reported system issues that day, mainly because a large number of investors logged in within a short period of time, causing heavy system traffic.
The Financial Supervisory Commission said that the affected brokers and technology providers had completed traffic diversion measures and restored normal operations. The regulator also said it will continue to supervise securities firms to strengthen cybersecurity measures and improve system stability in order to protect investors’ trading rights.

The U.S. Department of Defense recently updated its list of Chinese military-related companies, adding more than 20 Chinese firms.
