第一則：Pi 拍錢包驚傳遭駭客勒索！350 萬筆個資疑外洩
電商平台 PChome 遭到駭客組織點名，聲稱於 6 月 10 日入侵其系統，並外洩上百萬筆會員個資與 9 年的營運紀錄，而 PChome 回應，主站與核心營運系統目前未發現遭入侵。
不過，PChome 旗下的第三方支付服務 Pi 拍錢包證實收到勒索訊息，目前已依法通報主管機關，並啟動資安應變程序。資安專家提醒，未來 3 到 6 個月內，可能會有詐騙集團假冒官方服務人員，要求用戶重新驗證錢包，民眾務必提高警覺。
Pi Wallet Targeted in Extortion Attempt! 3.5 Million User Records Potentially Leaked
Taiwanese e-commerce platform PChome has been named by a hacker group that claims it breached the company’s systems on June 10 and leaked millions of user records, along with nine years of operational data. PChome, however, responded that no signs of intrusion have been found on its main site or core operating systems.
However, Pi Wallet, PChome’s third-party payment service, confirmed receiving an extortion message, and has legally notified competent authorities while activating cybersecurity contingency procedures. Cybersecurity experts warn that over the next three to six months, fraudsters may pretend to be official customer service representatives and ask users to reverify their wallets. The public is urged to stay alert for potential scams.

國泰世華銀行前董事長郭明鑑兼職風波，引發利益衝突爭議。金管會主委彭金隆於 7 月 1 日表示，國泰治理與內控確實失靈，但否認金管會監理擺爛。
立委質疑，金管會是否因前高層於國泰金擔任獨立董事而不敢監理，彭金隆反駁，表示金管會依法行政。金管會已於 6 月 22 日進駐國泰投信進行金融檢查，預計查到 7 月 8 日，未來將從同業清查、兼職檢討與建立多重查核機制三方面補強制度。
Cathay Securities Investment Trust Controversy Expands! Financial Supervisory Commission to Conduct Comprehensive Inspection
A controversy over Cathay United Bank former chairman Kuo Ming-jian taking an external position has raised conflict-of-interest concerns among stakeholders. Peng Jin-lung, Chairman of the Financial Supervisory Commission, said on July 1 that Cathay’s governance and internal controls had indeed failed, but denied that the FSC had neglected its supervision.
Lawmakers questioned whether the FSC was afraid to supervise Cathay because a former senior FSC official serves as an independent director at Cathay Financial Holdings. Peng rejected the claim and said the FSC acts according to the law. The FSC entered Cathay Securities Investment Trust for a financial inspection on June 22, and the review is expected to continue until July 8. In the future, the FSC will strengthen the system in three ways: scouring other firms in the industry, reviewing rules on executives holding multiple positions, and building stronger cross-checking mechanisms.

U.S. Refuses to Renew USMCA! Adding Uncertainty to North American Trade
Jamieson Greer, the U.S. Trade Representative, said the United States does not agree to extend the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement under its current terms. The agreement will remain in effect for another 10 years, but it will now be reviewed once a year.
In response to the U.S. refusal to renew the deal, Mexico’s Economy Minister confirmed that talks had reached a deadlock. Dominic LeBlanc, Canada-U.S. Trade Minister, said Canada will continue working to address President Trump’s tariffs on Canadian steel, aluminum, cars, and wood products.

Secondhand Luxury Platform Opens First Physical Store, Trust Becomes the Key to Sales
Taiwanese secondhand luxury e-commerce platform PopChill opened its first physical store in Taipei Xinyi District in March. During its trial operation, the store recorded NT$2 million in sales. The average spending per customer at the physical store was 2.3 times higher than on the online platform, showing that shoppers still want an in-person experience when buying high-priced products.
The company said the physical store allows customers to inspect products in person. It also uses both AI and human authentication, along with digital product records, to further increase trust in every transaction. Experts believe that trust and customer experience will become key competitive advantages in the secondhand luxury market.
