Trump Claims Energy Ceasefire Agreement? Ukraine Says It Was Unaware

U.S. President Donald Trump suddenly announced on October 11 that an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine had taken effect immediately, claiming that both sides had agreed. However, Russia is still considering the proposal, while Ukraine said it was unaware of it. The White House later clarified that Trump was referring to a proposal still under discussion, which would require both sides to stop attacking oil refineries.

European officials revealed that the United States is pressuring Ukraine to stop attacking Russian oil refineries, warning that failure to comply could affect Ukraine’s ability to purchase U.S. weapons and gather intelligence. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy responded that if Russian forces stop attacking Ukraine’s energy system, Ukraine is willing to cooperate with a ceasefire.

Third Attack in One Week! Houthis Bomb Riyadh Airport Killing 1 and Injuring 11

The international airport in Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh, was hit by another missile attack, killing one person and injuring 11 others.  Yemen’s Houthi rebel group claimed responsibility for the strike, saying it had also targeted Dammam airport and oil facilities at the same time.

This was the third attack on the airport within a week. The day before, a separate strike killed 13 people and injured more than 300, making it one of the deadliest attacks on Saudi Arabia in more than a decade. The incidents caused widespread flight delays and cancellations, and both the United Kingdom and the United States warned their citizens and airlines to stay alert.

UK Medical Journal Warns! Malicious Use of AI and Nuclear Conflict Could Spark an Existential Crisis for Humanity

A new report from the British medical journal The Lancet assessed public health risks over the next 75 years and listed 17 threats that could cause human extinction. Among them, malicious use of AI and nuclear conflict were ranked as the most serious risks.

The report pointed out that AI could be used to create biological weapons, while nuclear war could block sunlight and trigger famine. Other risks include the climate crisis, air pollution, antimicrobial resistance, child malnutrition, and mental health problems. The research team is calling on governments around the world to act early and address these risks before they spiral into a global crisis.

High Performance Is Not About Being an Early Bird, Working with Your Body Clock Matters More

The difference between morning people and night owls is not just when they sleep and wake up. Their focus and energy may also peak at different times of the day. Rather than asking everyone to handle high-intensity work at the same time, it is more important to understand that people reach their best state at different times.

Therefore, tasks that require deep focus or important decisions can be scheduled for the times when you are in your best state. For teamwork, choosing times when everyone feels more energized can also help maintain efficiency and stable performance.

Meditation Is More Than Relaxing, It Trains Your Brain

A lot of anxiety does not come from what is happening right now. Instead, the brain keeps replaying the past or worrying about things that have not happened yet. The process of meditation is a practice of noticing what you are thinking and feeling at present, and bringing your attention back to your breath and the here and now.

With just 5 to 10 minutes a day, people can gradually become more aware of their emotions and are less likely to be controlled by anxious or angry thoughts.

Let’s wrap up today’s episode. We’ve learned about some important events happening around the world.

  • U.S. President Trump announced a Russia-Ukraine energy ceasefire before an agreement was confirmed, while Washington reportedly pressured Kyiv to stop attacking Russian refineries.

  • Yemen’s Houthi rebels targeted Saudi airports and oil facilities, killing one person, injuring 11 others, and causing severe flight disruptions.

  • The Lancet report warns that malicious AI use and nuclear conflict are among the most serious global health threats over the next 75 years.

  • High performance is not about working earlier or later, but about matching important tasks with the times when your mind works best.

  • Meditation trains the brain to notice thoughts and emotions without immediately reacting to them, helping us respond more calmly over time.

In the next episode, we will together explore the recent hot news with you in the morning. Don’t forget to come back. Have a nice day and hear me next time. Bye.
